From what was once considered the domain of the Incas, high in the Northern Andes of Peru, this coffee hails from a community of farmers from the San Ignacio area. Nine producers that are members of Programma Huella created this beautiful blend of coffees. We chose lot separation 07/24. The numbers 07/24 designate one of the lot separations from the cooperative. Pulped coffee beans are routed into a tank for formation. Afterwards, the beans are washed and spread to dry under solar tents to keep the rain off. Full of flavors like sun high peaches, cola, and citrus marmalade that hit you on the sip.
