In our efforts to continue to highlight some of the best coffees we can get our hands on, we selected a lot from our partners at Nativus to bring you Pink Bourbon. This coffee is grown in the town of Ortega, Colombia and produced by Kello Gomez. In keeping the long-standing tradition of growing high-quality coffees, Gomez ferments the coffee until the cherries turn a dark reddish color. During that fermenting period, CO2 is introduced so that the coffee beans can oxidize. This Pink Bourbon has tasting notes of pomegranate, cranberry, and red wine.
