Espresso Dose: Recommended espresso recipe is 1:1.8 in 35 seconds. In our cafe, we use 19.5g of ground espresso to an output of 36g of brewed espresso.
Golden Acres is velvety and sweet with a hint of acidity to round it out. Much like our Midnight Train this coffee goes well with your favorite milk providing a sweet and balanced cup.
