Hacienda Casa Blanca Gesha – Passion in Every Cup

From the lush landscapes of Santander, Colombia, comes a Gesha that’s as inspiring as it is exceptional. Grown on the breathtaking Hacienda Casa Blanca, this coffee is the result of Liliana Caballero’s bold leap of faith. Years ago, she left a conventional career to follow her passion—and poured her heart into growing extraordinary coffee.

Liliana’s farm is a sanctuary for both biodiversity and flavor. Surrounded by forests, rivers, and waterfalls, she’s deeply committed to preserving the natural beauty of the land while cultivating one of Colombia’s finest specialty coffees. Every cherry is picked by hand at peak ripeness, a process that reflects her meticulous approach and relentless pursuit of quality.

A multiple award-winning producer and a true trailblazer in Colombian coffee, Liliana continues to raise the bar—and we’re proud to share this remarkable Gesha as part of our collection.

About the Processing

This lot of Gesha coffee underwent Natural processing. Once the ripe cherries are harvested they are taken to the mill where they are sorted to remove any twigs, leaves, or immature cherries. Cherries are fermented for 150 hours in sealed tanks before being dried. The fermented cherries are then dried in a silo until the humidity reaches 15%. The partially dried cherries are then rested for 10 days in GrainPro bags before they are moved to finish being dried to 11% humidity in the sun.
